Please note that to participate in the ESF Education Payment Plan you must have a U. S. bank account and U. S. mailing address. In order to enroll using the following online form, you must have a valid email address.

To determine the total amount owed, you may wish to refer to your school invoice, student account at the school or school schedule of fees.
In the “Minus Grants, Loans and Scholarships” category, do not include Work Study.
