Buyer Responsibilities. All orders are final and, once placed, a $50 cancelation fee will be applied upon cancelation and the amount paid either in full or in payments is non-refundable. You should have funds available on your Payment Method at the time you place the order. Buyers are legally agreeing to the purchase upon clicking Place Order. The sale is complete and takes effect, however, only after the Seller has confirmed the order. If Buyer should need to cancel buyer may sell their ticket for this purchase. However, buyer is responsible for the selling of their ticket and also providing Be Young Essential Oils with accurate contact information including (first and last name, address, email address, phone number, if applicable sharing partner ID of person purchasing ticket from buyer) Transfer of ticket will not be applied unless the information stated is presented to Be young Essential Oils no later than 60 days prior to event, and a requested signed by buyer and seller for the transfer of name upon ticket for Be Young Essential Oils convention 2012.

Buyer Payments. Once the Seller confirms the order, we charge the Buyer for the "total sale price" or” payment price” that was indicated. A reoccurring payment will be due each month upon the date that the buyer indicated funds to be with drawled, until balance for the event is paid in full. When a Buyer places an order, we obtain an authorization from the Buyer's Payment Method for the Total or Payments indicated. The authorization remains on the Buyer's payment method until the sale is completed. Although an authorization is not a charge, debit card issuers may place a hold on funds when an authorization is obtained by Be Young Essential Oils, and credit card issuers may as well. Please contact your financial institution to better understand their policies. In all cases, Be Young Essential Oils is not responsible for any bank fees or other penalties resulting from authorizations and/or charges to the Buyer's credit or debit card when the Buyer places orders or reoccurring charges for payments are charged.
