Welcome to the Data Springs Real Estate Listing module, you have just taken your first step in setting up your portals real estate module. Please refer to the user guide at www.datasprings.com for full installation and implementation instructions. To get started, we suggest that you setup initial settings within the module, define initial property types, save the propertly labels, and also define the property listing template.

Below are some basic instructions to get you started:

• Property Types: Typical implementations might include property types such as House, Condo, Commercial, or Multi-Family. You can easily define as few or as many property types for your real estate module as you would like.
• Admin Settings: Within admin settings you can define many of the general features of the module such as default slide show and gallery settings, default expire days, number of items to display within the search grid, default search criteria, auto approval settings, and other general module configuration. Within the Admin Settings you can also maintain and approve listings and define certain listings as featured.
• Property Labels: Although the module supports full localization within DNN, you can also define labels used throughout the module in a friendly management area. This can allow you to easily change "Postal Code" to be "Zip Code" throughout the module, or maybe use the "Fireplace" Yes / No prompt for maybe another use such as "Allows Pets" etc... These labels are then used throughout the add listing, edit listing, search page, and listing grid.
• Property Template: The property template is used as the detailed listing template when a listing is loaded from the grid. This template can be designed within the Rich Text Editor and can include tokens that will be replaced when the listing is loaded.
